Bump! I'll take any card worth money on MTGO at their highest buy price so I can convert to tix.

Just out of curiosity, how does trading for MTGO tickets work? Would I send you my digital content first then you mail hard copy items or vice versa? Obviously you can't really do a simultaneous send like physical for physical.
