Topic: Bad Seller

I bought something from a seller over a month ago, and paid him, and now he is on vacation. How do I approach this problem.

  • Send him an email.

If he does not respond within a week:

  • On the order page in the top right click on Email our support team.

In general, I am blunt and to the point. I apologize in advance if I appear mean or rude.

I am the Community Admin for the CSUN Magic Players Community. I also sometimes help people with technical issues.

Whenever I try sending anyone an email, i always get a message back saying email is not supported.
