Total noob questions I know, but what is currently legal in Standard?

I thought with the release of Origins that Standard now included Khans block and Origins only. A friend of mine said no...everything from Theros up to Origins was legal in standard as of right now.

Who is correct?

Theros through origins is legal. When battle for Zendikar drops then Theros block and m15 will rotate
