...really stupid question....how do I add a friend that has just joined deckbox?

1) Send them a message asking if they would like to be friends.
2) Wait for them to send a response.
a) If they send a positive response, you can be friends! :D
b) If they send a negative response or none at all, you're unlikely to become friends. :(


Actual answer
1) Go to their profile.
2) On the left side of the page, click "Add as friend."

why isnt there a way to search for people we know by their email address?
