I got a trade offer from a user with a suspended account... He claims it must be a mistake.. Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? He's willing to ship first, but I've realized that if I type my address in the chat box it will remain there after the trade is completed. Seems risky. The guy has 100% good trades and good feedback from reputable traders. What do you guys think?

This is a bug, he should not be able to make trade proposals. It is not a mistake, it's an alternate account of a scammer .
