Feature Request: Stacking Cards

I know this is a very simple feature but it would help so much! I use a card scanning app called Scryglass to scan my cards, and then I export to a csv file. This app doesn't stack cards, so when I import this csv file into deckbox the cards still aren't stacked. I really don't want to have to go through every single card and manually stack duplicates... It would be beneficial to press a button and have the site do it for me Please consider adding this feature. It would save me and probably others a lot of time!
