Supplies for trade: 2x2 binder; two Monolith deck boxes

I have a few gaming supplies for trade:

The binder has some 'clouding' on the pages, but it's not exactly a display portfolio or anything, so I don't think it's a big deal. Also it could probably be cleaned up. To be honest, I haven't tried.

The Monoliths have some wear of the coating, especially the black one. They are fully functional and fit together snugly. They're just a little bigger than I'd prefer. (Didn't realize until having carried them for a while.)

I'd basically like to trade these for cards at Amazon prices (looks like the Monoliths are about $15 on Amazon, depending on the color). Yes, it's not a discount for a used product, but (1) I have to pay extra shipping and (2) you get to buy them with cards instead of cash. That seems fair to me, but I'm willing to consider proposals as well.
