Topic: Set legality

Hi,

When I check this card for playable formats on deckbox it says it is not legal for Standard, but when I check "gatherer.wizards.com" site it says it is legal for Standard play. Which site is correct?  One of the cards in question is Disallow.

Kaladesh, Aether Revolt (which Disallow is from), Amonkhet, and Hour of Devastation rotate out of standard after tomorrow.
