Topic: Support Issues?

Hi,

I have a couple of open support tickets that have been open a while and am a Premium subscriber, but have not heard anything back on these tickets.
Is there some issue with Support that I should be aware of?

I am catching up with the tickets today, sorry for the delay, I was on holiday and travelling so there were a few days pause between ticket replies.
