IP/DNS changes for users from Russia

Hello,

It seems the main failover IP address that deckbox was using for the last half a year was part of a subnet that was banned by the Russian government in connection with Telegram last year.

I have changed the IP address and updated the DNS today, the site should again be available from Russia as of now (pending the DNS refresh).
