Topic: Crimson Vow double sided tokens, other fixes

- fixed {tap} icon in the rules text of Ignoble Hierarch
- fixed Crashing Footfalls not appearing in searches for green colored cards
- marked Hullbreacher as banned in Commander
- imported the 4 Crimson Vow Commander double-sided tokens
- imported the (many) missing Crimson Vow double-sided tokens
- removed the 20 or so non-existent printings from the Modern Horizons 2 prerelease listing
