Topic: Add/Edit single printing on card page; misc fixes

- imported 4 missing Japanese Media Inserts (2022/2021)
- changed "in open trades" icon to also show for the other half of the trade
- moved 2 tokens from Kobolds of Kher Keep to Token: Kobolds of Kher Keep
- changed the little "Edit" icon on the card page next to personal inventory / wishlist counts to a dropdown when a specific printing is selected. This way one can just edit the inventory / wishlist details for only that specific printing. Helpful for cards of which one has many versions.

one more quality of life improvement i'd like to suggest:
make "relaxed matching" on a user's profile page ignore foil/non-foil, if my wishlisted card is not foil, since you cannot wishlist "Any" foil status:
- if i want the foil, i'll wishlist the foil specifically
- if i just want the card, i might want to get the foil in a trade
