Delete Deck Broken?

Just wondering if the ability to delete the deck has a bug.

When in a deck > Edit > Delete.....

Nothing happens. This is Chrome I also tried in Microsoft Edge.

Also, the functionality to move cards from main deck to sideboard and vice versa no longer is available.

Are these functions now only for paid members?
