Question: Preferred Link

I am working on an extension and want to create links to cards on deckbox. I understand that I can make links like this: "https://deckbox.org/mtg/Sol%20Ring"

But is there another way? Maybe something similar to: "https://deckbox.org/mtg/342342156" or maybe "https://deckbox.org/mtg/card?id=342342156" or some other way that doesn't require using the actual card name. And, if so, how do I find a card's identifier?
