32 deck challenge

I am working on the 32 deck challenge - EDH decks - Most of the decks I have ideas for, but I am stuck on the basic blue only deck. The other base colors are built around a tribe/typal and I would like to do the same. On another note, it hast to be $150 or under. If you have some suggestions
