Topic: Spoiler view fix, Secret Lair cards, Alternate Art MKM

- fixed a bug from quite a while ago causing some cards to show Dungeon of the Mad Mage as their image in deck spoiler view
- fixed card photos not showing properly in a trade listing after the trade was accepted
- imported some missing Secret Lair cards
- imported 6 serialized MKM cards
- imported 10 "subtle" alternate art MKM cards (green rope Undercover Crocodelf, etc)
- imported a few more missing March of the Machine double-sided tokens

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'm not seeing any of the card from the SLD Spring Superdrop set. Also not seeing any announcements about their status.
