Topic: Tradelist cards not tradable?

For the past few months, I've encountered a couple of traders who have cards on my want list, which are shown on their tradelist and are listed in the trade matcher (on their profile page), but if I add such a card to a trade, the "number tradable" column is zero, with a pink box.  The trade page only gives me one option to choose from, even though the card is listed twice in their inventory (presumably, in this case, 1 not tradable and 2 tradable).

(I've attached an image, though I can't figure out how to put it into the body of this post -- img just gives me a broken link:

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I've already reported it as a bug (back in April). I got one response where Deckbox didn't seem to understand the problem; unfortunately, support cases don't enable uploading of images, so it's hard to illustrate what's actually going on.

Re: Tradelist cards not tradable?

Hello,

I found the issue now - seems to be a bug that happens when someone has multiple identical cards in their inventory - in your example there is one Arwen in his inventory with 0 tradelist count, and another entry with 1 tradelist count - for the exact same printing, same language, same condition etc.

The bug was that only a single of these printings was shown in the autocompleter, and in this case it so happened that it showed the one that was only in his inventory. I have fixed the bug, although the situation is still confusing as there is no way to tell from the autocompleter which is which (because you don't see the inventory / tradelist counts until you actually add it).

But even before this fix, if you click the red count on Arwen in the trade, a dialog will open showing this situation correctly - that he has 2 entries actually for Arwen, one in his inventory and one in his tradelist. You can change the counts in that dialog so that the entry in the trade refers to the one he has in his tradelist to fix it.

Cool, thank you!
