Misc. dropdown fixes, import Resale promos

- sort the pre-selected elements to the top of filterable dropdowns (like the edition selector), so it's easier to deselect some of them
- fixed highlighting of open submenus in dropdowns
- fixed weird 'click' behavior on touch devices where you needed to click twice to close a submenu and open another
- fixed issues with positioning of dropdown submenus (like for moving decks into folders)
- fixed an issue with adding cards to the tradelist from the mobile interface
- fixed sorting by 'in built decks' column in the card database
- imported The Karplusan Forest - World Championship Deck: Toronto 2001 (Jan Tomcani)
- imported 2 2024 Innistrad: Crimson Vow resale promos
- added Alseid of Life's Bounty to 20 Ways to Win
