With FF release coming up, wanted to give the heads up - I have a couple collector's boxes coming between myself and a couple friends in my playgroups, so if there's anything specific you're looking for when it drops, list what you're missing and I'll see if I can find it between us.

Will mainly be looking for the blue Y'shtola Rhul if anyone ends up with one for trade.

I mean, I would love it all. As someone who played since the first game, I am hyped

Getting two boxes even though I've never played a game in the series. Definitely going for a normal Kefka and normal Sephiroth. Also definitely keeping an eye out for Eye of Nidhogg, Eriette really likes that enchantment!

Probably won't have a chance at the Collector Booster lottery, more interested in the Neon Black Chocobo than the serialized.

Same. I fell out between X & XV, but am currently playing XVI, and the story & characters are amazing, despite the gameplay beign garbage.
REALLY hoping for a 5 color Rydia (FFIV) to helm my envisioned Saga Creature deck. Fingers crossed.

Which version? ;-)
She's disgustingly strong, so may get slotted into a deck, but I always swing for the full-art foils; anything beyond (or any duplicates) will be up for trade.

Kefka's perfect for the character, and one I immediately considered building; Sephiroth is just mean, lol.

Any version for starters.

There is very good chance that I may just end up buying singles because the CB boxes are just too expensive. I only ever played FF7 so I'll def be looking for cards from there, but once the whole set drops Ill get my wishlist updated. That being said, Im def willing to buy cards from people if I dont have anything you want to trade for :)

I'll keep an eye out - but because the wishlists only match up to inventory, asking you to list specifics here so I can check what my buddies pull and see if I can get them for you if I don't pull them myself ;-)

Oh I appreciate it, but judging by the spoilers Im at like 60 cards and counting that I will want to get a hold of haha.

I definitly know that Ill be after Cloud and Sephiroth Normal border foils at the top of my list.

But make sure you let your "village" know Id be interested to buy things as well. Hopefully you can vouch for me that Im reliable to deal with :)

Sadly, no one's following MSRP for this at this point - it's like it doesn't even exist.
I was lucky to lock in my boxes before things skyrocketed, but inquiring with my favorite LGS, even they've upped their prices over $700.

F'n insane. But I'll hit you up if I see anything.

Do we know what cards make up collector numbers 564-571? I can't find info anywhere. Also, is there some secret neon chocobo? It goes from 551a-d, skips e, and the serialized is f...

Good catch - but the only other one I'm aware of is the black one, at 551 (No designator). Might fill that 'e' slot, but odd they wouldn't include it on the card.

TBF...I'm not going into this expecting to break even. Prerelease prices are always bloated, and the boxes themselves are exorbitant. If I hadn't caught them when I did, I wouldn't be shelling out current pricing for them. But yea, agreed...hopefully everyone get what they want from them, at least.

I have one chance to get a CB at a decent price. My LGS isn't advertising, but talking the them, it's first come, first serve tomorrow. $580/ CB. I'm only wanting 1, but I'll be at the brewery next door waiting for them to open.

In the same vein, my 2 major chase cards are Terra, Magical Adept (323 Foil), and Summon: Bahamut (356 Foil).
If I don't pull them, and anyone else does and is willing to part with them, I will 100% work to make a trade happen.

Everyone else, if you don't pull your chases, LMK, and I'll watch for them.
I am now at a total of 5 boxes between play groups, so hopefully decent odds to meet requests.

The cheapest I COULD have gotten a CB was at 480 when my LGS opened pre-orders for it 6 months ago. Unfortunately for me, I didn't think FF would be as popular as it turned out so I didn't get in then. Oh well...

I updated my wishlist with the FF stuff Im after but in terms of Priority Im after:

Cloud, Midgar Mercenary
The Buster Sword
Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER
Summon: Bahmut


I'm just looking for these as base foil versions in English, so if any of these happen to become available, let me know. Id still gladly trade/buy any of the other FF stuff on my wishlist if you just sort by last modified, but these are the hits for me.

I’m also trying to get my hands on one each of the Cloud & Sephiroth zippered binders, if anyone has luck finding them. UP had a fancy countdown for their FF accessories….only for everything to still say Coming Soon and not allow purchases lol.

I'll keep an eye out, and will likely get the majority of my pulls posted tonight (except for one box, which won't be here until Sunday.

My box is bonkers...... At current prices, I have 4 cards that put me well over $1,000 in value

I have not updated my wishlist for FF stuff, but I have everything I pulled uploaded. If people see anything that I have, start up a trade :)
