Feature request: Column sorting/set number + foil column

Adding cards got a little less convenient for me as the set number has moved to the middle of the layout instead of the front. Would it be possible to optionally put the set number column all the way to the left again?

Slight sideissue: When adding cards which have multiple versions, the sorting of the set number sets itself to sorting all cards with the same name next to each other regardless of set number, which is a somewhat undesirable effect i feel.

Lastly, can a foil column be added to the editions listing? Clicking + in this new column would add a card with the foil property. This would add a little convenience to entering new sets - Given the number of foils ever since set boosters became a thing have risen a lot it's a bit of a hassle having to open a popup menu to add these seperately.
