Question: possible to include multiple rules text criteria

Is it possible to include multiples of a filter option with different parameters? For example, can I search for cards in my collection that include the rules test "land" but do not contain the rules text "nonland"?

And is there a way to use OR operators (say looking for creatures that are krakens OR serpents?) or wildcard operators like ".*" in Scryfall?
