Deck Rating, able to connect with DCI/show matches

If this is there, my humble apologies.  I would think it would be awesome to have a random deck (pulled from someone's profile if not private) and have others rate it.  Kind of like a hot or not with Magic.

Also it'd be nice if my friends could rate the decks.  (I know comments do this, but it would be nice to have a number).
