Trade opportunities widget not showing

Hi,
I cannot see the "trading opportunities" widget that used to be at the bottom of the "My Profile" page.  I figured it was removed but another user insists that he can see his just fine if he's logged in. 

I'm talking about the widget that looked at your wishlist and your tradelist and showed you all trading opportunities available.  Not the one on each card's page.  The one on the "My Profile" page.
