Topic: Can someone help?

I am sorry but I am fairly new to using deckbox and have a question about it.

I have a 5 speech balloon icon next to the trades section of my page yet I have no new speech balloons when I look under my trades section.

Am I missing something or does the speech balloon mean something I am not aware of.  Also how do I fix it to show 0 speech balloons if some one new or a trade discussion member has spoken to me?

If someone cancelled a trade it own't show up in your trades anymore.  Theres a little button that says show canceled trades and then there will be the little bubbles next to the ones that have a message you haven't read yet.
