Also, random question: My LGS is buying Geist of Saint Traft for $19 + 30% store credit. Is it worth putting my playset of Geists towards duals? He isn't really played in legacy, but I'm not sure if it is one of those cards worth holding on to.

Relative to TCGPlayer values, what are you willing to spend? I have 2 Revised Taiga and 1 Unlimited Taiga available. I really want to trade towards Tropical Island but may be willing to sell and then apply cash to buy TI's of my own.
270 (100%)If you are getting into legacy it makes sense to sell the geists to get a land or two, since the lands will be played in multiple decks where the geists only fit into one deck at most. I would also recommend picking up the cards for a specific deck that interests you if at all possible.

Thanks for your insight. I almost have my maverick deck completed, I think I'm just missing 2 scavenging oozes and sideboard cards such as Ethersworn Canonist and Linvala.
Would you recommend selling the Geists here on deckbox or via ebay? The only upside I can see in keeping them is that they enable me to 4-0 and 3-1 fairly consistently at FNM. My LGS pays out 8 packs for people who go 4-0 (not bad for a $5 buy-in).

Honestly it would depend on the condition of the Taiga's. If you want to pm me scans we could go from there.
