Topic: Awesome site.

First of all I love the site.  It is really top notch.

I was wondering if the fine peeps that created the site might be able to incorporate a bracket/league system for tracking tournament and event play.  My idea is that you create an event or league and then enter the players.  Then you can enter results and the software would keep track of the standings and such.

Just a thought.

First of all, thanks for your kind words!

We have a mechanism for tracking events in place already. In order to be able to create events (eg. http://deckbox.org/communities/gameflux/events), you have to create a community (http://deckbox.org/communities/new) whose administrator you will become. Then, you can invite other players in your local community to join and you will be able to create events and after they are finished you can enter the results as well as the decks they played with. Right now we have no tracking for a general standing per community, but I do plan to do that for a while now wink, so stay close. Any other suggestions regarding this social component of the website are very welcome!

Re: Awesome site.

I did get all signed up for that just now.  Thanks for the link.

I had set up a site that created brackets a while back.  I think with what you have built here a bracket system that keeps track of winners and event placements would be a welcome addition.  Here is an example of what I am talking about:

Re: Awesome site.

I also forgot to mention that I think it would be cool to be able to post multiple inventories.  For instance I have real cards and also a good collection of online cards.  I would like to be able to keep track of both.

Just a thought.
