Topic: trouble sending emails

I just joined this site and immediately started sending messages to others inquiring about cards and trades.  Tonight I try to send some messages to people, but an error message shows up after the email window has closed.  Is there some kind of limit to the number of emails a user can send per day?

We have some thresholds that trigger if you send emails in quick succession. We've had some issues with spammers in the past so we had to add this.

We have now cleared your account, you should be again able to send emails normally.
