H.Oversized (Foil) Gisela W. offers

So i just found out today that this is actually special?? I thought all oversized cards that day were foil and had no idea that the foils were worth more. If anyone is interested in this let me know. It has a few edge marks because i didnt ever think i would use it and thought it was worthless
