need help with wall deck construction

I am sort of new to Magic, I havent played in nearly 10 years and recently started again. I recently put together a wall deck(still in conception). My big combo will be Wall of Blood, Loxodon Warhammer, and Rolling Stones. I think it would be a little bit of a slower deck, but potential of huge creatures. Currently its a white/black deck. I am looking to use this in a Modern format.

Currently I'm thinking about taking some of the creatures out and putting in some more instances. I think its biggest draw back is going to be creatures with flying. I'm still trying to work out a way to block them. Maybe throw in some other instances/enchantments that give creatures lifelink, idk any help would be awesome.
