[Feature Request] New Columns - Foil/DCI/Textless

Since I own qutie a bit of day of judgments(buy a box promo/foil/normal), I would like to see new columns for foil/dci/textless, along with the option of showing cards one by one (for example, if there are 10 baneslayer angels, it lists them one by one).
