Incorrect data

The rules for transmute artifact (http://deckbox.org/mtg/Transmute%20Artifact) are incorrect. In january it had a very significant but quiet change in rules.

Its been bugging me for a while. Im not sure if this is the right place to post this but I can't find anywhere else to submit "bugs" of this sort.
