Opening a closed trade

Is there a way to reopen a trade that has been closed already?
For example this trade

There is nothing wrong with the trader but I just realized a card wasn't there. Which was the Copy Artifact.

I sent him a message. But I sometimes do not see the messages down at the closed trades.

Would like a update on this please.
