So I have a co-worker that used to own a Magic shop and apparently he has all 5 Guru lands signed by the artist. IF he were to sell them, what do you think the value of them is? I am having a hard time locating any signed ones on the internet.

Depends. Some people value signed more than regular ones. Some value them less. Vendors value them less.
