Topic: Locked out of account
Hello, I changed my email address on my deckbox account (user ID solkanar44). This logged me out of my account and requested me to reactivate my account. The reset email was not sent and no matter how many attempts I make to resend an activation or a password email nothing comes. The original email address now states that there is no user ID associated with that email. I have sent an email to support but no reply as of yet. What should I do at this point?
