Workflow for adding new cards to inventory and deck at the same time?

I like this site, I just signed up! I don't have that many cards, but I'm enjoying the ability to record my decks and make speculative better versions of them so that I know what to trade for. I'm way more interested in entering each of the decks I already have than I am in entering my entire collection, then building decks out of it.

Am I right that there's no real way to take a physical deck you have and enter it only once, to add all of the cards to both to your inventory and to a deck? This has been annoying me and I'd love to be told I'm missing an easy way to do this--otherwise, I submit it as a feature request! Thanks
