Looking to get $45-50 in trade value based on the card's condition.

I'd be interested.  I only have Hallowed Fountain (Dissension) and Glacial Fortress from your list there, but if you want to take a look and find stuff to make up the rest of the value, that would be cool.  I have a regular to Deathrite that I could send back as well if you want to do that.
