Hey, I just built a mono-red dragon deck (http://deckbox.org/sets/649787) and I'd like some suggestions.

I'm a casual player. The deck costs around 50 bucks and I'd like to lower that value somehow.

Also, When I built it, I was thinking of using Lightning Bolt along with Furyborn Hellkite or Balefire Dragon to get the big guys on the field ASAP with Desperate Ritual and Geosurge.

For emergencies, Moltensteel Dragon's CMC could be of help.

For low CMC, I'm using Cinder Wall, Dragon Hatchling and Aether Membrane to stand ground until the deck's stars show up.

I also have an Iron Myr to help my mana ramp but I'm not sure if it should stay.

So, what do you guys suggest? :D

I'd think about dropping the Aether Membrane and using Dragon Egg in it's place. With that I would consider going up to 4 Crucible of Fire.

I like decks that use the same creature type. So it looks like fun to me.

If you're sticking to casual play it should be fine. I wouldn't bother with the Crucible myself its a nice card but it doesnt keep you alive or progress your board state.

I feel like this deck could use Slumbering Dragon
