Bug when adding/editing cards with Japanese text

A few times, when trying to add/edit cards with Japanese text, the following error occurs:

"Error applying changes. Please try again."

Once the error pops up, all cards in my collection with that name are removed from my collection! For whatever reason, this has only happened with Magic 2010 cards, and other languages save fine.
