Small flag to denote cards from other languages in spoiler view

In spoiler view when I'm checking out my collection, if I have one English card and one Japanese card, it just looks like two English cards. I understand getting images of all the cards in all their language variations might be a little tricky, so that's cool- but what about putting a small flag next to the inventory count number on the card? It'd be a nice thing to have.
