W: Wheel of Fortune

Looking to get a reasonable price on this, I have a strict policy of not proxying cards I do not own, unless it is rather expensive and it's for a short time of playtesting. It can be beat up but if it is I'd like scans so I can see if we can come to a fair price (for example I don't want to spend 20 dollars on a bent in half wheel...okay maybe a bent in half beta one) Let me know and we can work it out!
