I have a trade request sent to a user that has been awaiting his approval for two weeks. He hasn't responded or accepted the trade and Now i'd like to cancel.

At this point should I just hit the cancel button or do I file a Bad Trade Request?

If both parties have not confirmed their addresses then you can just cancel the trade.
