Help me with my Modern "Rogue" Deck

I have been working on this deck for quite some time now. I understand it may not be the best tribal in modern, because its not faries or merfolk, but it has its own strengths for sure. I am looking for some advice to help push this deck over the top. Last monday night it went 3-1 losing only to splinter twin. Any ideas or suggestions would be great!
