filter and sort by Card Detail info

When i do a filter or sort for Uncommon or Rare or Set  this gives me mixed results. Say I have a card that I have info flagged as M12 Common but when I do a filter for all Uncommons the M12 Common card would appear because it was an Uncommon in a previous set.

Anyway to do this?

I am just full of ideas!
