Other suggestions I just thought of:
Thousand-Year Elixir
Mimic Vat
Consider adding:
Thornbite Staff (Untaps Brion so he can keep doing his thing)
Vicious Shadows (Lots of creatures dying)
Warstorm Surge (Lots of high power creatures ETB)
Aggravated Assault (crazy with Sword of Feast and Famine)
Glaring Spotlight (target hexproof/shroud with your creature steal cards)
Fling (I like cards that do what my general does)
Return to Dust (Enchants like Grave Betrayal can ruin this decks day)
Marshal's Anthem (Higher fling dmg with recursion)
Minion Reflector (Indirect card advantage which W/R needs)
Malignus ('cause lol)
Elemental Mastery (lots of high power creatures to take advantage of this)
Dolmen Gate (Maybe?)
Gisela, Blade of Goldnight (ALLL THE BURN(and protects you))
General recommendation
More mana ramp: Boros Keyrune, Boros Cluestone, Gilded Lotus, Darksteel Ingot, Commander's Sphere, Sword of the Animist, etc.
Cards I think you'll have trouble playing/liking that're currently in there:
Outnumber (Don't think you'll have enough bodies on the field to make this good)
Thoughtweft Trio (Have to champion a Kithkin)
Rathi Dragon (Seems like there are better 5 power bodies that cost less mana and don't require you to sac lands if you're unable to sac him to some other effect.)
Skizzik Surger (There are better creatures for this deck than 6 for a 6/4 haste)
Dragon Tyrant (Too mana intensive imho, bet could find better options for less.)
Burst of Energy (Doesn't seem powerful enough in EDH.)
Crater Hellion (Toss up imo. He's a good dude but would likely kill Brion)
Stoutarm's ability can only be used on players so Glaring Spotlight isn't as good as you might think
Ah poo, I didn't realize Stoutarm's ability couldn't hit creatures. Still good for enabling her to use all her targeted creature steal cards though.
I will benefit from it because most of my instants will be targeting other player's creatures.
