Possible Additions
- Draconic Roar instead of Wild Slash (seems like a good addition)
- Brutal Expulsion instead of Crater's Claw (seems lackluster, but I really want to test it out.  The exile effect might come in handy)
- Savage Knuckleblade (could provide quicker threats)
- Feed the Clan (anti aggro; there are probably better choices)
- Sylvan Scrying (probably would splash more black spells and more black mana sources if I included this, also works well with Swell of Growth, picks lands to place with it)
- Mindswipe (might be lackluster, but I want to try it out and see how it fits)
- Sheltered Aerie (combines well with Kiora and Kiora combines well with manlands, downside is it doesn't count as lands for Dragonmaster Outcast)
- Swell of Growth (Combines well with Sylvan Scrying and Kiora, and this would be fast ramp.  By replacing Explosive Vegetation, could add faster creatures like Den Protector and Savage Knuckleblade to put on early aggression and make better use of quick ramp and boosts.  It wouldn't exactly be dragon themed after changing so many cards though, so that would prompt even more changes.)
- Temur Charm (could replace Silumgar's Scorn and allow counterspells, removal, combat tricks and could clear the way for other creatures for the kill)
