I think Firemantle Mage is going to be an aggro deck all-star, allies or no allies. If you can benefit from his creature types, he is amazing. But he is no slouch in any dedicated aggro deck.
I like the clever addition of the "outlast allies". I had not thought of that but will definitely steal it in the future.
The Abzan stuff from Khans block offers a lot of weird stuff like this for allies. Lots of +1/+1 counter synergies. Like that card I showed you on Saturday that I would have to look up. The green ones also could support a Simic +1/+1 counter deck, and the black ones could buff an Unleash/Bloodlust/Proliferate deck. Definitely a resource to be mined.
