Ideal first few turns:
1) Swamp > Dark Ritual > Buried Alive (Sheoldred, Sharuum, Sphinx of the Steel Wind)
2) Swamp > Dark Ritual > Zombify (Sheoldred)
3) Sheoldred to reanimate Sharuum who upon entering the battlefield reanimates Sphinx.

In this best case scenario, after upkeep turn-3 you should have 3 very powerful creatures out, your opponents will have to sac a creature at the end of every turn, and you have a free reanimate every turn.
