I'm not so sure about Grasp of the Hieromancer. It's not bad but it would work way better for dueling, which we only do a small amount of the time. Oblivion Ring is good for non-creature removal, but is a little better in an enchantment deck, but does take care of annoying enchantments and artifacts, or potentially Planeswalkers. Touch of Moonglove is not the best. I'd recommend 3x Swords to Plowshares, 3x Murder, 2x Obsidian Battle-Axe, 2x Raiders' Spoils, 2x Rush of Battle, 2x Day of Judgment (wipes are always good), and modify the creatures to add another Blood-Chin Raider and another Arashin Foremost, and take away two creatures from amongh Mardu Shadowspear, the two Chiefs, and/or Mardu Strikeleader. If you want to keep Oblivion Ring, tweak the deck a little more to fit them in or maybe modify my suggestions as you see fit. This may increase the price of the deck but Channelfireball usually has slightly lower prices than Starcity.
