The sole purpose of the deck is to cast cheap spells and awaken lands with Noyan, then untap them with Jeskai Ascendancy. Cantrips to draw new cards to cast with the untapped creature lands, while Ascendancy makes them bigger. Then cast Planar Outburst to wipe the board and kill the opponent with attacking lands. Walls of Resurgence are for buying time to cast Noyan.
