Deck Objectives:

1. Control game long enough to produce major threats (sphinx of magosi and scourge of fleets)

2. Gain Card Advantage by drawing many cards and using all resources

3. Control board using counter spells

Issues and Changes:
Lands can probably go down to 22
less card drawing and more disruption, possibly cheaper disruption and blocking creatures
get rid of fugitive wizard and put in better and more cheap early creatures.
